ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

While most orders are processed within this timeframe, please allow up to 4 business days for order processing during peak periods. For example, if you place an order on Tuesday, it will be shipped by Friday at the latest.

Orders may be delayed due to incomplete or inaccurate checkout details, such as an incorrect shipping address.

  • If a wrong shipping address is provided, customers have 1 hour after purchase to request changes.
  • To update order details, please contact hello@elarastudios.com as soon as possible.

SHIPPING GUARANTEE

We are committed to ensuring your order reaches you as expected. If your package does not arrive within the following time frames, we will offer a free replacement or full refund:

  • United States: 30 days after marked as “delivered”
  • Canada, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom: 35 days
  • Rest of the World: 40 days

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Some international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the recipient.

  • The responsibility for customs fees falls on the customer.
  • We recommend checking with your country's customs office for specific regulations before placing an order.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.

  • Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee address changes due to our processing schedule.
  • If an order is already being processed or shipped, we cannot modify the shipping details.

If an incorrect address results in a failed delivery:

  • The package may be returned to our facility. In such cases, we will issue a full refund upon arrival.
  • If the package is not returned, we are not liable for replacement or refund.
